How do I confirm my registration and payment?
Once you complete your secure online payment through the links provided, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This email serves as your official receipt and vendor/sponsor confirmation.
What is the deadline for vendor registration?
We encourage you to register as soon as possible since vendor spots are limited. Registration will remain open until all spots are filled or two weeks prior to the event date.
Are payments refundable?
To ensure proper planning and resource allocation for the fair, all sponsorship and vendor payments are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and support of the senior community.
